Personal Data.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Company is committed to using any personal data voluntarily provided by Visitors or Users\u2014specifically for the completion of the required information stated in the \u201cExpression of Interest Form\u201d\u2014in a manner fully compliant with Cypriot and European legislation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Why We Collect Personal Data via the \u201cContact Form\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A. To initiate contact with the Visitor or User who has expressed interest.<br \/>\nB. To identify the Visitor or User who has submitted an expression of interest.<br \/>\nC. To understand which service the Visitor or User is interested in.<br \/>\nD. To send informational newsletters from the Company to the interested Visitor or User.<br \/>\nE. To prevent potential fraud or misinformation. In such cases, data may be shared with third-party stakeholders or partners connected to the Website through software or applications (such as plugins), strictly in ways that do not allow identification of individual Visitors or Users. This is done solely to protect privacy, prevent fraud, or enable statistical tracking of Website visits.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5. Who Are the Recipients of Personal Data.<\/strong><br \/>\nA. Access to Personal Data is granted solely to the Director of the Company, who is bound by a confidentiality agreement.<br \/>\nB. The required information submitted via the \u201cContact Form\u201d is stored on technological equipment (computer) that is compliant with the latest security updates.<br \/>\nC. We may share Visitors\u2019 or Users\u2019 Personal Data with partner companies responsible for the maintenance or development of the Website.<br \/>\nD. The Company complies with the legal framework regarding Personal Data Protection, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 979\/2016 of the European Union.<\/p>\n<p><strong>6. Duration and Method for Deletion or Modification of Personal Data.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A. Following the meeting between the Visitor or User and the Company\u2014regardless of the outcome\u2014the data collected through the \u201cContact Form\u201d is deleted and not retained, unless the Visitor or User has explicitly opted to receive updates from the Company.<br \/>\nB. If the Visitor or User does not wish to proceed with a meeting and would like their data to be deleted, they must send an email to info@pharmamind.cy within one (1) month.<br \/>\nC. If the Visitor or User wishes to amend the personal data they initially submitted voluntarily, they must send an email to info@pharmamind.cy within one (1) month.<br \/>\nD. If the Visitor or User no longer wishes to receive updates from the Company, they may request removal by sending an email to info@pharmamind.cy.<\/p>\n<p><strong>7. Response Time to Your Requests.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A. Within one (1) month from the date the expression of interest is submitted via the \u201cContact Form\u201d, the Company will attempt to contact the Visitor or User by telephone. Following this communication, a meeting will be scheduled within the geographical area of the Company\u2019s registered office. Should additional meetings outside this area be requested, the Company reserves the right to request reimbursement of travel expenses.<br \/>\nB. For any other requests\u2014such as changes to personal data submitted via email\u2014the Company will respond within one (1) month from the date of the request, either directly or through its legal or accounting representatives.<\/p>\n<p><strong>8. Conditions for Meetings with Visitors or Users.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A. Within one (1) month of receiving an expression of interest via the \u201cContact Form\u201d, the Company will attempt to make up to three (3) telephone contact attempts. If communication is established, a meeting will be arranged at an agreed time and location. Should the meeting be requested outside the geographical range of the Company\u2019s registered base, the Company reserves the right to either decline or request reimbursement for travel expenses.<br \/>\nB. The Company reserves the right to refuse communication or a meeting if it determines that the information provided is false, incomplete, misleading, or suggests malicious intent. In such cases, and without prior notice, the Company may forward the Visitor\u2019s or User\u2019s details to its legal advisor for submission to the relevant authorities.<\/p>\n<p><strong>9. Competent Authorities and Applicable Law.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A. The applicable law is the Law of the Republic of Cyprus, as shaped by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2016\/679 of the European Union.<br \/>\nB.
